Eliminating bias, cultivating governance and leadership
Tuesday 12 November 2019
Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

The RCPE Recently Appointed Consultants’ Committee and Quality Governance Collaborative are delighted to present an evening celebrating professionalism in medicine and explore how we might take a more robust governance approach to the challenge of cultivating leadership and safety, diversity and well-being in health and social care. What can we learn from non-healthcare organisations about leadership, culture and building a structure to support well-being and inclusivity? How can culture be embedded within governance structures? Why does it matter anyway?
Attendance is free for all RCPE Fellows & Members attending in Edinburgh and via the live link sites.
