The SSG are also welcoming abstract submissions for the meeting. The deadline for submissions is Friday 3 November 2017. Prizes are awarded for the best oral presentation and the best poster presentation so submit your abstract to be in with the opportunity!

Title: RCPE Gastroenterology Conference
Date: Wednesday 15 November 2017
Venue: Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

This symposium brings together experts from across the specialty to provide new insights into the management of conditions from upper gastrointestinal bleeding, to complex functional gastrointestinal disease. The day will provide an opportunity to learn from experiences of treating GI diseases elsewhere in the world, as well as how innovation in Scotland is facilitating chronic disease management in remote communities.

We anticipate the content will be relevant for a diverse audience, including general physicians, GPs, gastroenterologists, medical trainees and students.
